While assigning a work center to an employee from T-code ir02 (this is a Plant maintenance tcode), the HR master data automatically changes, if we check in t-code pa30 of only info type 0001(Organizational Assignment) the person's position(99999999),Organizational unit(00000000),Job key(00000000) displays whereas, the cost center goes blank. And the old data is deleted. And the name is being appeared of the same ID from which work centers were assigned that user id doesn’t even have any access to HCM module.
Please suggest the way forward for this problem as this causes issues in payroll run as well. I have gone through many posts but couldnt find a proper solution yet.
This issue has been faced on Production; and similar problem has been observed on quality system.
