We have already implemented HR Admin-> "Employee Search Processes".
Yes, we can get all forms "user name, date & time stamps" details here. As of now HR is taking a screen shot of this view and printing for audit purpose. But, if we could provide that information at the bottom of a form then HR can simply take a printout of complete form including all users details who involved in the process. It makes sense too.
Can't we use simple system commands in HCM forms, Like I explained in my first post trying to create 3 simple text fields and for each step updating user name, date & time stamps. It is only working for first step and not working for other 2 steps.
