We are creating reports in CR13 and the network Crystal Viewer is 11. The format and data display are fine in CR13 but not the Viewer. The margins are different in viewer and the filters and suppressions aren't carried over to the viewer from CR. I believe there is a way to configure the viewer and make the reports consistent but I can't seem to find out how.
Any ideas
