Hi Abdelali,
I asume that when you terminated your instance via AWS Console then you deactivated your Amazon Account? Could you confirm my suspicion? If the account is invalidated CAL can not make any connection to AWS resources to refresh the status of instances. Nevertheless if you do not see your instance in Amazon (if you still have valid account) it is guarantee that no resources are in charge.
